At worldonlinecampus.com, we offer a comprehensive and simple guide to help you learn the Quran in an easy and beneficial way. Below are the terms and conditions for our online Quran tutoring services:

1. Trial Classes
   We provide 3-day trial classes to help you understand our approach and services. After these trial classes, you will need to decide whether you wish to continue with our program or not.

2. Fee Payment
   The fee for our services must be deposited after the trial classes. Payment should be made before any further classes are scheduled. If you are unable to make the payment by the due date, kindly inform us at least 7 days prior to the payment deadline.

3. Missed Classes and Makeup Classes
   If you miss a class, please notify your tutor so that a makeup class can be arranged.

   • Makeup classes will not be provided if more than 5 classes are missed.
   • The student has the right to choose their tutor, but this should be communicated in advance for proper scheduling.
   • While we cannot guarantee when makeup classes will be held, they will be scheduled based on mutual availability with the tutor.

4. Absences and Cancellations
   If you do not attend a scheduled class, the tutor will mark you as absent.

   • To cancel a class, please inform us at least 6 hours before the scheduled time.

5. Tutor Assignments
   We reserve the right to change tutors at our discretion.

6. Interaction with Tutors
   Students are expected to refrain from sharing extra personal information with their tutor. worldonlinecampus.com will not be responsible for any unfortunate incidents that may occur between students and tutors.

7. Fee Increases
   Please note that there will be a 6-7% increase in fees annually.

8. Eid Holidays
   No makeup classes or fee refunds will be provided during Eid holidays, as they are considered paid leave for tutors.

9. Changes to Terms
   We reserve the right to make changes to our terms and conditions at any time.
